  • We shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues related to shipment, delivery delays, or customs regulations for international orders.

5. Product Availability and Pricing

6. Orders, Shipping & International Purchases

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Domestic and international shipping rates may vary. ComfortCush is not responsible for:

  • Customs duties or taxes for international shipments;

  • Delays due to customs inspections or international logistics;

  • Packages lost or damaged during international shipping, though we may offer assistance in filing claims.

All risk of loss transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of the product, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny refund or replacement requests at our sole discretion.
