✅ Eligible Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

Unopened Products: If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or packaging defects, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
❌ Non-Eligible Refunds
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damage caused by the delivery service or during transit
