✅ Eligible Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or packaging defects, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

❌ Non-Eligible Refunds

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Damage caused by the delivery service or during transit

  • Refund requests made after 14 days from the delivery date

  • Any other reasons not listed under "Eligible Refunds"

📩 How to Request a Refund

  2. Photos of the product (including damage if applicable)

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
